er claims, store it and most importantly to be notified by system that customer claim is still not being resolved after certain number of days - it must be solved after 30 days!!!

Please give me your quotes and when you will be able to deliver the fully working script/program. I also need an option to edit the program by myself, as I need to translate it to my own language.
