I have a simple three page script that needs to be updated, to work with a parent script, currently this acts as an activation script, using an activate page, a form page and a url page, it is fairly simple in the way it works so this should be a quick project for someone well versed in using PHP

Looking to get a script written to update my stock with my distributors stock, meaning when my distributor shows out of stock, my site will show out of stock. and when distributor is back in stock mine will go back in stock. so it will need to do automatically on a daily basis. my SKU or item numbers are the same as my distributors. Now I do not have full access to distributors site so it will need to Spider there site.
