Need a drupal EXPERT to create actions and alter workflow. Must be experienced in the paytopublish module that is currently used. Must have theming experience to ensure output is visually appealing. Internal messaging system must me incorporated. Paid memberships for specific roles will also be required. Dynamic converter must be implemented for paytopublish module and paid memberships.
