Simple upload of videos with some data entry and validation

THIS IS NOT AN ADULT SITE
I need to get video information uploaded into my video site, there is no actual video uploaded just the metadata from youtube (extracted automatically via the below mentioned web app)
I have a web application that does most of the work but there is still some data entry and checking required to ensure quality data.
An average user can upload about 50 videos an hour and I have 600 to start with.
The instructions for the upload follow:
1 Go to the site I specify if you are the winning bid
2 Select xxxxxxxxxxxx from the dropdown
3 enter you user name and password
4 select Submit
5 In the search box enter the name of the tv show followed by "tv intro" or "tv theme" or "opening credits". Press search
6 View the result by and ensure it is an opening credit, and is a video and not just an audio track. You can do this by clicking on the hyperlink title
7 Tick the Add box
8 Enter the name of the show (exactly as it is from the spreadsheet) in the Company field
9 Enter the name of the show in google to find the start year and country. There is usually an imdb link which shows the year and country in the google summary Benson (TV Series 1979–1986) - IMDb
10 Enter the the year, country, decade The decade for 1977 is 1970. The decade for 1997 is 1990 etc.
11 Enter the show name in lower case in the tags field
12 Click Add

you need more explanation), the system supports import by rss feeds, playlists, user accounts etc. Videos should be uploaded to most categories, with a few chef introduction videos, however the majority of videos should be technique videos, eg how to pan fry, in techniques, frying, something like that.
