We require 1 (one) company introduction video.
1) Objectives
- To give a glance over our service to prospects, current clients and staff.
- To attract prospects visiting our booth to find out more about the company and services. The end game is to facilitate sales.
- Video will be posted in various medium and used in number events/occasions.
2) Project Requirements
- Flash/ After Effect animation

- Native English speaking male voice-over required (we may provide the VO talent, need you to do the mixing & production work)

- Online (include but not limited to Company website, YouTube)
- Events & Conferences (on TV screen/overhead projector/computer)
- Client and prospect meetings
5) Deliverables
- Present storyboard (concept + art direction + illustration/references)
- Present rough cut for approval prior to final editing/cut
- Present background music/voice-over sample for approval
- Allow up to 3 revisions
- Final video clip(s) must meet the channel requirements
- Provide editable working file for future modification
- Provide all source files, final files and used materials upon project completion

- Creative brief, copy and mandatory elements will be provided to winning bidder

- Final file ready by 1st week of July 2011

Company Promo Video
l as the project files and complete rendered video. The size should be any 640px by 340px or any higher 16:9 resolution. We will only be picking from freelancers that send us a sample of their latest promo video and please no portfolio websites (they take to long to look through). We will send our website url to the freelancers that send us a sample so they can determine if our business is something they feel they can make a video for!

It needs to be attention grabbing and I already have a logo that can work its way in there.
It would be good to have sound and also a very short voice over. You can provide the voiceover or I can record it and you can put it into the short clip.

My initial idea is two L's as characters. One is wacky and crazy and other is very Latin - perhaps a female Latin charactar. They get together and then the TV triangle comes down and has the same shape as the logo. It is pushed and the whole screen scramles like a TV set and switches off.
