Flash Intro Changes

What do i need from you is:
1. Add the logo at the end of the intro (see atached file). The logo needs to be added in such a way that it will fit nice with the rest of the intro. I would rather make it from "bubbles" like the rest of the intro.

2. Change the texts (XML files)

We have a flash intro and would like to resize it. From 500 X 280 to 600 X 338.
The .fla file will be given to.

Should be very light....nobody likes to sit for 10 seconds and look at the word "loading". Should take no more than 5 seconds on dialup if possible to keep that light and have it be good and snazzy as well.

should be based on the logo to start with unless you have ideas. I will accept creativity. I've attached their logo and the website header for ideas....
