My new site design needs to be mocked up in HTML/CSS and also needs some light JS work.

It's a one page portfolio site that lists some of the projects I've worked on. When a user clicks on a project a JS layover will display either a photo gallery or video.

I'm looking for someone to get the layout (PSD) cut to HTML5, CSS. Simple, one page layout. I need it done ASAP. Layout is based on attached mashup (based on SyFy show mini-site). All the Javascript will be done by our developers, I just need good HTML and CSS coding.

You can make the carousel code static for all categories and fade it in, we will make it dynamic.

We only use jQuery and it's plugins.

The hyperlinks can all point to "#" and the mouse rollover transform should be no-underline. the color for a visited hyperlink should be the same as normal hyperlinks (no difference). The handwriting on the left side of the page should be clickable (to "#" for now).
