Looking only for companies with experience in building complete penny auction sites and iPhone Apps
We require a Penny Auction Site similar to www.quibids.com as well as an accompanying iPhone app.
The website must have an international front-end global portal that splits into different front ends for each domain/country. The website must support multiple languages, different time zones and different currencies.
We also require a simple CMS to manage and add new products/auctions. The website must support paypal connectivity.
The website must contain:
• ability to bid on a live product instantly by prepaid bids
• automated bidding
• ability to pay for product won online and through the iPhone app
• full statistical information of user activities
• ability to manage auctions
• ability to add a new product
• credit card payment processing
• ability to add delivery fee
• bidding history
The accompanying iPhone app must allow for bids to be placed if the user has sufficient credit. No online payment through the app is needed if bid is successful. The application must be easy to use.
The iPhone App must contain:
• ability to bid on a live product instantly by prepaid bids
• allow for automated bidding
• ability to view live auctions
• log in into account
Progress payments
20% on acceptance of project
40% on acceptance of look and feel and proof of functionality
40% upon completion and successful proof of concept on our host server

Another VERY IMPORTANT aspect of this site would be to have it be secure. SSL, or whatever is used to make the website as secure as possible, for bids, and purchases.
