Introduction:
- mobile app is ready and working fine. It just needs some icons before I could publish it in the Android Market (will be published as free app)
- Hand-drawn sketches for all icons / widget are attached
- App screenshots are attached (at the end) so you could see the layout / color schema used by the app and brand icons / widget accordingly

1) Android App Launcher Icon Main app icon in 3 resolutions 36 x 36 px 48 x 48 px 72 x 72 px
2) Android Market High Resolution Icon Similar to Main app icon but with more details and higher resolution - 512 x 512, 32-bit PNG with alpha
3) Status Bar Icon for App in 3 resolutions - 19 x 19 px 25 x 25 px 38 x 38 px
4) Android Widget Background img
5) Red and Green arrows images These are simple triangles pointing up and down, you know, “price goes up” and “price goes down”
PSD source files for all graphics above Photoshop source for all graphics used in the project
P.S. I would like to pay < $ 75 for this gig b/c of the following: a) my balance here is just slightly over $ 80 (leftovers from some past projects) and I would like to complete this particular project without loading more money, and b) I am aware of ongoing prices to get high quality custom icons done, I've estimated all the icons at $ 50 and widget image is another $ 20, however, If you convince me that I am wrong with my estimates, I am willing to pay whatever amount is reasonable.

How much is this complicated and expensive for me? it's a small local project for a charity and I need it to be done in the next three months, but I am just not sure is it affordable, depending of the sum of the bandwith needed for operating this kind of app, and that is variable costs. What about your fixed costs for creating this apps and website with the interface to upload this .txt and .jpeg...?

Javascript code required for an android mobile
I need some javascript code to run on an android mobile app. The app has HTML, javascript and jquery mobile and built using PhoneGap.
The javascript looks at current date on the android mobile and compares it to a date hard coded into the javascript.
If the current date is past the date hard coded into the javascript, then it carries out an action, such as directs the user to a page.
