Wordpress Plugin: Add Image Sizes To IMG SRC

Hi guys,
I'm looking for someone who can program a Wordpress plugin for me that can add the image sizes to the img src HTML tags within a post.
a) Click button in TinyMCE: Parse an existing post for <img src> tags
b) Fetch the image path and information of that particular image (image size)
c) Add the image size to each img src tag. Final result: <img src="/images/image.jpg" alt="alt text" width="xxx" height="xxx"/> where xxx is the image size of the image
This feature should be accessible within each post. Once you click on a button "add image dimensions" it will parse the post for image tags and add the image dimensions accordingly.
Please make sure the plugin does not mess up the existing post and will only add the image sizes.

Quick Wordpress Plugin

If it is, it will link thoe whole image it to it's attachment page using get_attachment_link($ attachid).
If it was linking to something else it would replace that link with the link to the attachment page.
So the end result is something like <a href="attachment page url><img src="image url" /></a>

finally in the post page, i want to be able to configure how many bids to display and maybe display inactive old bids after every transaction with no accept button. If possible i will also appreciate if you can enable RSS feed for the activity page.
