Need Custom Joomla 1.6 SKYDIVING theme Template

I am in need of a modern, crisp, and totally unique theme created for a SKYDIVING directory and community built in Joomla 1.6.
Please keep in mind I just need the template - NOT the content, functionality, components (I know how to use and develop in joomla I just suck at design)
Users are able to book a skydive at listed dropzones, search dropzones, search skydiver profiles, and access skydiving resources.
The site will be FREE for people to use and the design needs to reflect that.
Please send examples of your BEST work.
We will need the LOGO, and TEMPLATE.
CSS, styling, and cleanliness is very important! Stock images
WE ARE ON A STRICT DEADLINE
Need logo by May 6, 2011 and working template by May 9, 2011 at the LATEST.

Custom Joomla Template
ld contain the landing page (as seen in the mockup), an article page (with all body content removed except main navigation) that displays a full page of text, and an iframe page, just like the article page, but with the main body being an iframe with no border.
The logo should link back to the home(landing) page.
When the user clicks the STORE navigation, they are taken to the iframe version of the page. This page will link to an amazon webstore within the iframe.

mit a sample design for a single theme for PDF Cover and PDF Inner. The examples are just a guide of what I like you can use your own artistic vision to create simple clean designs. We need to have the .fla size as tiny as possible.

Custom Joomla Theme Design
I have a design that I need converted over to a functioning Joomla template/theme. Nothing too complicated or complex. The pages will all be the same except for a main center area that will change. I have all of the fonts and the design in a layered .TIFF file. Attached are images of the design.
