Hi, I want to send email traffic to a form on a website which captures some basic details (first name / last name etc).
Once they fill in the form and the form is submitted, i want them to be redirected to a thank you page where they can download a free information PDF ebook we have written for them.
EASY and FAST WEB FORM PROJECT / Need completed by Friday May 13th, 2011.
I need a simple online HTML/PHP registration form that will send a registration submission email to us and redirect the client to a thank you page. We want the ability to easily modify the registration form and thank you page later.

Setting up my aweber to pass info to a thank you page
er email system. I would like to set up the page so that it will pass the email info from the squeeze page to the thank you page where it will autopopulate another form. Aweber has an option to do this, as well as my affiliate program has an option to receive this information, I just can't figure out how to set it up. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.
