Branded iPad & iphone E-reader / Magazine App required

I am looking for a basic branded E-Reader / magazine app created as a iPad and iphone App. It would be a reader specifically for magazines or other documents created by us in PDF format. It should not be able to import any PDF files by the user. In fact it is better if the user does not know that the original files are PDFs. Each edition would ideally be placed on an FTP site that the app would look too and offer to download for offline viewing. I would like this integrated into the Apple store so that i can add editions that are free and others that cost to download.
Must Have's: Flip though Pages, branding, ability to view offline, download of new editions.
It would be a good to have the ability to link pages to advertisers (via interactive PDF) but it is not essential.
An example of the sort of thing I am looking for is the "Rapid Media" app for the iPad and iPhone.
I would think there must already be a lot of apps that already do this so should be a chance for someone to make a little money on something they already have, or with a little alteration.
I listed a similar project before and was badly let down by the winning bidder so ideally will want to see that you have done similar work before. I will use people with no ratings but I will not make any payment in those cases till the app is accepted by Apple.
