Can you build an Adsense ready profitable website that generates AT LEAST $ 20+ per DAY.
No scam. Money will be held in escrow so you know you will get paid if you can do the job, plus I am willing to share 50% of the profits each month for one year after the site is built.

I am looking for someone who basically can operate as a partner and wants a long term revenue stream from adsense.
You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using Wordpress.
Chosen freelancer will take care of website maintenance and updates for one year, but I need someone I can count on!

- FULL website design and setup from scratch.
- Contain unique content with at least 20 unique posts/articles (I have the means to test is the content is unique) and in addition unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles BESIDE the first 20 - and of course articles must are not be published yet. Remember, you will be making money from this site as well, so the more work that is done, the more money we will both make.
- Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently
- SEO Marketing as required
- Must earn $ 20+day for one month to prove it's efficiency
- WordPress based
- Any niche except Adult, Pharma, Violence, Gambling or any other unacceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% - failing to do so will get me banned from adsense and will leave you without a dime.
- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
- Must contain related images to niche topic
- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)
- Must Be Adsense optimized
- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense.
- WHITE HAT adsense tricks ONLY! no cheating and no bullshitting.

I will supply the website hosting.
I will also purchase the domain, but the domain name should be suggested by you and be SEO friendly.
To make sure your ways of work are legitimate and legal you will need:
