I need a fan site wordpress theme created, i'm not sure how i want it so the person would need to have vision and be artistic.

- customize the theme: change the home page layout.

I need to make a new custom wordpress theme for models gallery with some specific functionality (models gallery).

admin should be able to add / remove the models from gallery via wordpress admin panel

I have a website laid out in .psd format and I need it made into a fully functional Wordpress theme.

"w" for widgets and there needs to be a dynamic nav in the header and footer, and body in the under the top nav. the theme needs to be written with css and xhtml and need to be able to work with in the Wordpress 3.01 environment.

This is the only template for the theme.

This should be pretty simple for somebody who knows what they are doing compared to how complex a lot of wordpress themes are.
