Simple VB.NET HTML editor using RichTextBox

Hi there, I need a vb.net component that I can integrate into an existing project which will be a very basic HTML editor using an rich text box control.
The component should render a tool bar which will be utilised to format the contents of any rich text box control specified in the code.
In addition to formatting the text in the rich text box control, I need a method to save the contents of the rich text box control in HTML format.
I also need to be able to specify an existing HTML file in the code and then have that HTML rendered in the RTF box, so that I can edit it in the RTF box and save it back as HTML.
I only need very basic text formatting as follows:
font, font size, bold/italic/underline/strikethrough, font forecolor, font backcolor
these formatting functions should be represented on a horizontal toolbar, left to right, as follows:
font dropdown
font size drop down
font size increase button
font size decrease button
4 buttons for bold,italic,underline,strikethru
font forecolor button
font backcolor button
I need this to integrate into vb.net project I am working on using Visual Studio 2010 .net framework 4.0 client profile.
I envisage using the component something like this to edit an existing file:

'then i can modify it on screen using the formatting tools in the toolbar which is displayed at the x,y location
'and when i click a save button that i create it saves the changes over the top of the file
htmleditor.save(filepath)
The resultant HTML needs to be very simple, as it wil be used to send HTML emails.

Html Editor Quick Fix

The title boxes along with meta tags, etc. are there but the editing area. So, we can't edit this page. Please help. The worker turned out to be a bad person and wouldn't even attempt to fix without wanting more money.
This should be quick fix for a programmer that is capable.

images into the page, AS WELL AS UPLOAD TO THE WEBSITE'S images folder.
I dont like the way tinymce make you load image first, then choose from uploaded images from that directory.
I know there are plu-n-play options out there. many of you have used them. I do not want to use a CMS, there is just too many funtions with a one-size-fits all program like that.

Edit photoshop layout and list 10 items with html editor
This is a easy job, I need someone to edit 10 listings using my html editor, and upload the images for each listing *6 images for each listing* to a photobucket account.

e "contact us" page in the CMS, the html editor form is missing. But, it's there for all the other pages. The only thing on this page in the editor is the title, meta tags section, etc. but no html editor to make changes.
