i have a code written for image processing with opencv library . Now i have to connect that code with another software called labview with socket programming , i just need socket program implementation for the code i have in microsoft visual studio 2008 .

I have spoke to c# developer they have notified me it would take 2 - 3 days full time working on it, its not an over complicated if you think it is, its a simple assignment.

You must provide .msi file that can check Visual Studio version availability and register assemblies in Visual Studio. Assemblies will be pre-installed into GAC before this .msi call. MSI must not create any dialogs etc.

3rd-party tools from Codeplex available to make VS2005-2008 installation simple. For VS 2010 too. You can use any free tool.

So, main task - combine them and make simple installer for us.

Last step is that i have a large Database xxx.mdf and xxx.ldf file. We need to attach it to MSSQL Server. If the file cant be attached directly, you need to help me about exporting data from SQL server, because the system is running on my company's server side. (We can make remote connection and i can show you the running system, if needed)
