Template # 27257 seen here http://www.templatetuning.com/search/page1.html?id=31a194a2da9c5997887f548a793896da, prefer social plug-ins plus other wordpress plugins, request multi page site with navigation. You provide structure and integration only with dash board access. Prefer to remove FLASH component and replace with static graphic with persistent content throughout site.

**This needs to be easily administered like wordpress and for removing posts easily etc...adding and changing advertisements/banners just like wordpress.
The main portion of this wordpress layout should be simple for someone who knows their stuff well.
Please feel free to ask questions for clarifications---this shouldn't be a big deal for the right person.
