Villa Rental Site

I would like someone to finish the website that I started last year. It has been a while since I used dreamweaver and flash and I dont have the time to finish.
The work will be:
Removing the form from the left
Adding a gallery
Adding a contact form on the contacts page
Adding a google maps API
General tidying up
The website is for a villa rental company and is based on a downloaded template with a flash header. It is currently stored on www.adsautos.co.uk/stgeorgesmanor
I am looking for someone to undertake this work at a reasonable cost. I am also looking for someone who is talented who I can give work to in the future as more projects will be required as will site maintenance. I am looking for someone with dreamweaver, flash and joomla experience.
I will do most of the graphic design, website design etc myself, I just need someone to make that into a working website.
I also need the site to be optimised for web traffic.
