Build ten website templates. 5 wordpress and 5 normal html css websites templates. You will build than i will own completely own them which i will resell on my site. I will own full ownership only i will be able to resell. Website templates must be unique nice looking with nice features. Please give examples of your work.. not templates you find online and modified your own work. and please give me budget and timeframe.

hemed website templates made for an automatic website builder. There are plenty of website builders on the market and one that I found is Automatic Website Builder (AWB). What I need are specific templates made within the software product so my users can easily create their consumer website with ease. I'll provide details after contact is made. This won't be random any kind of a website but a specific website with different variations.
