THIS IS A MEMBER LOGIN, SWEEPSTAKES DIRECTORY SITE, PARTIALLY CONTROLLED BY AND INCORPORATED WITH A PHPBB FORUM.
The first freelancer partially built the site using drupal, I dont know how this affects what I am trying to accomplish.
This project was posted once before but the freelancer was not able to accomplish ALOT of things that he was aware of when he bid on the project. He did not communicate effectively, and took 2 months to complete only a "rough draft" of the website when he stated it would be done in a week.
If you convince me that you can make this project happen and that youre the type of person described below, then start having trouble and need me to constantly hold your hand, I will not hesitate to tell you its not going well and report the project incomplete. I gave the first guy tons of slack and he still could not deliver. At the same time, I am open to your professional advise on changes if you feel its for the best of the site, not just because you dont know how to implement something. I expect that if you are having trouble with something, jump on a coding forum and ask for help before telling me you cant do it.
What I need:
- A professional communicator that will keep in contact with me. My Yahoo Messenger and email are open 24/7 for the most part.
- A professional in Graphic Design, I need someone who can graphically achieve what I am asking for or better and who only completes quality looking work. (Attention to Detail: IE to include proper spacing, high quality graphics, constant colors throughout the website, etc.)
- A professional who can fully understand my project and feel super confident in coding what needs to be coded. I dont want someone who is going to tell me that they dont know how to implement important features after they have convinced me that the project will be easy for them.
In Summary, only bid on my project if you have reviewed all the attached files, fully understand the project and the quality I am trying to achieve. Also only if you feel 100% confident that you can make it happen.
Main Aspects of the project.
-The website is meant to consist of 2 parts. The "Sweepstakes Directory side" and the "phpbb forum side". The 2 parts of the site need to have "universal login and member controls" with most of the member control operating through the phpbb's ACP. Any additional controls that are needed will be held on the "Sweepstakes directory side" in an already created My Account page. (If you cant successfully implement this dont bid on the project. The first freelancer could not make this universal login happen.)
- The Sweepstakes Directory Side is already up and running in a "Rough Draft" form that still needs graphical and structural improvements.
- The site needs to be finished with a SEO mindset.
-The site needs admin functions on the directory side. Also, if I assign members as admins through the phpbb ACP, I need those member to have admin features website wide.
- The site needs customized controls, not stock ones. (IE scrollboxes that are unit scroll, not free scroll and have scroll features such as single unit scroll, page unit scroll, or scroll to first and last units. Not just a stock scroll box) Also graphically enhanced controls.
