Reduce bounce rate of my website  

We want to reduce bounce rate for particular website. The original bounce rate was 90-92%, after launching new design we made it to 72-75%. We want to make around 50-60%. If you make it less than 50%, we will pay bonus.

The homepage which also serves as the landing page needs to have the look and feel of an example website which is provided in the attachment. I am not satisfied with the present colour(s) and layout.
The how it works page also needs some work (please have a look at the example website in the attachment for an example).
The pricing page needs to have a look which is consistent with the other two pages.
