I require software that can be installed on my client's computers (Many Computers) so that they can vote up there existing coupon codes or vote down them on the site RetailMeNot through a wide network of computers that all connect to a control panel that tells them what coupon code they should vote down or up. Please see the features below for the requirements.
I would prefer if this was written in C++ or any language that does not require the NET Framework, if you're going to write in NetFrameWork please reduce your price.
Upon Completion of the Project the Source Code for both the Software and PHP Panel is to be delivered along with a compiled binary version of the "Software"
