Re-Create the Header image of my website  

t taken from a website of another cleaning company.

The images can have pictures of office buildings, inside of office building, people cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, using floor service equipment etc...

I will need to see some kind of a preview for all the images (in smaller sizes perhaps) before I accept the job.

Payment will be released only after I receive all 5 images in correct sizes and if all other above requirements are met.

The homepage which also serves as the landing page needs to have the look and feel of an example website which is provided in the attachment. I am not satisfied with the present colour(s) and layout.
The how it works page also needs some work (please have a look at the example website in the attachment for an example).
The pricing page needs to have a look which is consistent with the other two pages.

I need a creative header image for our website http://www.mewsoft.com with the current color scheme. The image for the area under the logo and banner, about 100 pixel height now but should be expandable up to 240px of course. The header image has a background already ready and while it would be rather large it will be mostly covered by an advertisement so from it's 993*100/110 background most of it will be just the background image.

When the work is done, I'll have the full ownership of the design and part/full of it can not be reused.

as well advice if to change some images, for example the background image is messed up as well as the footer image is a png and i think could be better as a jpg image
both are like 250KB between both out of the total 700Kb of most all the pages in the site
