I want to customise and Install Open GTS vehicle tracking software on Linux VPS

managing accounts (clients),and assigning or changing dedicated static IPs to each account as required.
5)Unless a static IP is assigned, all other clients will share one IP.
6)The solution should be easily replicated on additional VPS by the admin as required, without need for additional help.
7)The solution must be able to handle min of 30 clients simultaneously.

for someone who is experienced with OpenVPN as it will need to be customized for my needs.

I will require OpenVPN to be optimize to enable maximum speed and efficency. I would also like to authenticate a session via a username and password instead of ip filtering. I would also like the network to hide my information from the computer I'm accessing the VPN from. I would also appreciate that basic data encryption could be setup.

I have a VPS with Linux OS. I want to host a site which uses red5 server for streaming. The VPS has Apache and red5 installed.

Problem is that I am not able to put and view files on Apache. (Successfully able to do the same on red5). The tech support of the hosting provider seems not able to help (or not helpful).
