Affiliate Offer Search Website Needed

I am looking for someone or a team to build an affiliate offer search website and directory.
Lots of CPA and Affiliate networks provide feeds of there offers for marketers to find and sign up for. I need a site that will combine the information from hundreds of affiliate companies and allow a person to search and sort through offers.
I would like the following features:
-Total social integration including the use of Facebook login to the website.
-Someone can log into the website and when searching be able to save offers for later review
-Each network that is added needs to be able to have a description, company logo, number of availible offers, and the ability to sort all offers by that single network
-Each offer have to have a Offer name, payout, type, Category, Network, and Last Update timestamp, and a description, and comments posted by logged in users, and which country(s) the offer is valid for. Each offer should be able to be tagged by keywords. All offers will link to the network for signup using my companies affiliate number.
-The front page should have a prominent search box with the ability to set country, select advance preferences (keyword in title, keyword in description, affiliate network (from a list of networks in system), Category (from a list of categories in system), Allowed traffic (from a list in system), Countries (from a list in system), payout type (sale or lead), and payout range (manually enter low and high ends).
-Should be able to search by All offers or new offers (i.e. last 30 days)
-Front page should display top 10 search terms used and link to the actual search results for that term
-Front page should have area for 3-4 Affiliate network image ads, an announcements/site news section that is brief and can rotate through multiple news with each linking to a bigger article if needed
-Second half of front page should a listing of categories to help search offers by browsing. Also a second that shows a list of the latest offers with the ability to browser through to full page listings of all offers
-All results whether browsing or searching should be able to be sorted by offer name, payout, type, category, network, and last updated.
-There should be a page for logging in, registering, resources, support/FAQ, Contact us, terms and conditions, privacy
-Website should have section for articles we will put out about Affiliate marketing and how to succeed with links from front page for last five published articles, plus an articles section that will allow someone to see latest articles or find previous articles.
-Logged in users should have a page where they can adjust contact info, see new offers and networks since last login, manage saved networks and offers, invite friends
-MUST HAVE ADMIN PANEL! Must be very easy to add offers, network feeds, news, content, change ads on front page, adjust FAQ, manage users and see site stats(number of networks, offers,
-All pages must have social sharing buttons
-Website must have perfect SEO, clean URLs
-Website will need custom graphics for look and feel. Company name has not been determined yet but will be by the time the winner is selected.
****When bidding, you must provide a description of what work you have done in the past, your visions for this site, how long it will take you to complete, how many revisions you are offering to make it right, and examples of your previous work.
