I'm looking for an offshore worker to work full time for me, around 40 hours a week, doing various tasks on numerous web properties I have.
I have access to thousands of dollars worth of software that you'll be able to use, and I'll work and train you on a one on one basis - I've made tens of thousands of dollars online and will provide you with inside information on how things work that is worth thousands of dollars and that you cannot find on message boards or ebooks.
You will be expected to only work exclusively for me, and good email/IM communication is necessary - your time will be tracked so please do not apply if you don't intend on working the full amount you will be paid for - serious and motivated workers only!
I'll give you blueprints and access to collaborative software to send you files and instructional screencasts of what I want done.
The initial job will involve linkbuilding, basic article uploading/content, keyword research, and some other things that I will train you to do. The web properties will be monetized with various advertising services ranging from CPA offers to adsense. Listbuilding and email marketing will also be taught.
Pay is going to be 150-300 per month, and there is the opportunity for more in the future based on performance.
Please do not apply if you plan on working multiple jobs or if you don't plan on being committed to the business - this is for a full time job offer and this is a special opportunity since I'm attempting to outsource some of my business that I've previously done independently.
The most valuable skills you will have are: decent english skills and a capacity to learn and grow and absorb information. Basic knowledge of SEO and design and various webmastering skills is a plus, but I have the software and can teach how things work depending on your level of aptitude - so as long as you're smart, you don't need to be a total expert right now - but if you are, that's fine too :).
Please provide me with as much detail about you as possible and why I should consider you for this job - also, please put your bid what you want for a one month of work - as I said, between $ 150-300 USD is the price range, but in addition to that, the personal one-to-one training and software I will provide you with is worth a lot more.

I would prefer an English native but it isn't mandatory. My budget for this is anywhere from $ 150-$ 215 dollars a month which breaks down to around $ 10/hour. I am looking to hire immediately.
