We're looking for someone that has had extensive work experience with both google adwords and microsoft adcenter to help us optimizer our PPC campaigns on both networks. Our company is in the market research industry and has upcoming studies on hundreds of topics each week, thus, we're looking to find as many participants in each category as possible for the lowest possible rate, ideally with cpc < .05 c

Please note: If you do not have an extensive history, we will request that you create an example campaign for us to show us that you're able to produce the results promised....as we need to ensure our ads are receiving high quality scores and show up consistently on each search network.
Please note: The bid price of this project will involve helping us to setup approximately 15-20 campaigns on each network and optimizing each to reach as many participants as possible for the lowest cost. The keywords chosen will be popular keywords, as we're looking to gain as many participants through our PPC recruiting as possible. Ideally, the goal of this project is to get us to receive AT MINIMUM 1000 clicks per day on each network at the lowest possible cost (ideally less than .05 c) from US only website traffic.

oesn't have a low quality score. I need 2 campaigns with some quality traffic keywords that get a good quality score and that are .05-.07 cent clicks, is that to greedy?
