Converting MS Access macros to VB using VBA

Hi
I have a simple system made. Its a small billing system. The system works really well but for an assighnment I have to use VBA instead of MS Access macros. That basically means, I have to user embedded procedure instead of embedded macros.
Well there is not much coding, I just need to code 2 reports and some of the close buttons.
Other than coding, I need you to check if the tables are normalized and validated completely. If not, you will have to fix that up for me.
There is also a few changes in the billing form. So I need that also to be changed.
There are other minor issues i have to get fixed. So before bidding please accept that you will work with me until I am fully satisfied with the software.
Note: This is editing the software not creating a new one.
PS: I will release the payments only after I am fully satisfied. So dont ask for payments before starting or in the middle of the project.

Create Ms Access Script To Read Text File
We will like to develop MS Access Script that will read text '|' delimiter file, into 2 different Access Table. If the first field on the line is H then it will be read to H table. And if the first field on the line is D then it will be read to D table and also populate the PO_Number to each sub sequence D table until it reaches another H.

- Be able to add, update, modify records in master database.
- Be able to use Unicode fonts (such as Arial, Tomaha, etc...)
- Compatible with Joomla 1.5.20
If Ms Access is NOT a good idea for this task, a suitable program would be OK.
Please tell me what you are planning to handle this task in the first contact, and explain how it would work.

I need to access the data in Table A and then find the same UPC code in table B and update the Ingredients field in it. Table A contains several thousand records, so this query needs to be able to loop.
I need to know how to run this update inside MS Access (using the tools in it)
