ADOBE PREMIERE PRO HELP  

Must already have this Adobe editon. My Site design is already created, I need the back end setup for a web site to use Flash videos instead of the traditional format. I have examples of what I am looking for. The developer must already have the Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 program. I want to download, convert, and edit titles on videos then upload to a Flash video on my site. Can you do it?

I have a documentary project that was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro 4. The editing is complete, but I need to find a programmer that has the program and can help me encode it and export it onto DVD. This may include using Adobe Encore.

The documentary is a student project completed by Fenway High School freshman, about youth violence in Boston.

I need someone to export an Adobe Premiere Project.

If I run this inside an Adobe Connect Pro Meeting environment I can't seem to play certain videos. On a live stream the video is blank but I hear the audio. On some VOD files I don't see any video or audio.
