* 55 PR5+ one way links. Some pages MUST be PR7 and PR8. As many PR9 and PR10 as possible. All Link pages must be related to either vision or fashion, designer accessories, fashion shopping. No more than 10-15 other external links on same page where the link occurs.
*All links must look natural and surrounded by content similar in nature. We can send content/articles if required.
* Your experience is important and proof of quality work and extensive experience is required for this job.
* Will provide you with the anchor text you need to use and any other relevant information.
* Backlinks will be required not only to our site’s homepage, but inner pages as well.
* Links MUST to be relevant to our website's content.
* Links MUST be DOFOLLOW. All links will be checked manually.
* Page Rank is for page that contains the backlink - not the homepage or other page on the site.
* One link per domain (different C class IPs).
* Links must be from websites that do not have a link to our site yet.
* Links must be created over time with the link acquisition rate not higher than 10 links per day. Every page must have verified Page Rank or it will not be counted.
* Only one link per domain will be counted.
* Page containing a link must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days.
* Link page must be Search Engine friendly, contain no redirects, cloaking and other shady practices.
* Page should not be excluded by robots.txt.
* All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites.
* Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text.
* Links must be permanent (never expiring) and in static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed.
* Links must be in text, no graphics.
* Slow deployment of the links is required over 30-45 days to avoid any penalties.
* White hat is crucial and required. Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.
* I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable (with explanation).
The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.

* Link pages must not contain extensive contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. Please DO NOT SPAM.
* No spamming blogs with comments. No ping sites, No links within newsgroups.
* No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites.
