3Ds Max, Architecture, 3D renders and walkthrough

Hi all,
I have a small-medium size commercial project. The project is for a re-development of a football club
I am after a highly skilled 3ds max or equivalent to produce some High Res Renders (as many as possible) and High Res 1:30-2min animation/walkthrough of the building and site like the following videos :

There will be night games at the ground so night renders and night footage in animation would be required
(animation will be used to sell the project so extremely high detail is required)
i have produced a concept 3d CAD/Revit model to work from. i have attached site plan, floor plans and some revit renders i have produced.
I am open to suggestions/improvements. ( if you would like to come up with another/your own concept please PM me with your concept idea ASAP)

small 3ds max project : living room and exterior of a house

Prerequisites: Modelling,Texturing and Lighting of both designs.
Interior design must be done to that of living room inside of a home.Exterior design of homes like the attached.
This is a college project so an amateurish look is fine. I am looking for fastest delivery and the bidder will have to make changes to the delivered design from the feedback I will provide.

We have a one day task for someone who can work whole of today.
We already have a 3ds max file but previous provider dropped out and we need someone to continue his work and project rendering for 2 views of the same object.
It is a scene with a booth, kiosk design.
We have all files and instructions.

bj and .3ds files from 3DS Max, but was not able to import them into CA.
I need detailed instructions on how to properly export and import my models into CA. Remember that I will need to import 20-30 objects into CA...so memory could become an issue, but I don't know. I'm using Chief Architect X4 (64bit), Intel i7 quad, 12 GB Ram, Nvidia graphics card.

Update and Enhance 3ds Max rendering
i am looking to develop and enhance an existing 3ds max rendering (see attached) of an existing building.
the end result should be an enhanced version of the png that i have attached.
we will have to update the rendering with more details as we progress.
we will provide the actual pictures of the details (of the actual building) that we are trying to replicate.

Render existing model in 3ds max and generate still Image

and render exactly what we see in the attached photo with the same lighting and provide a very hi-resolution still from the same angle. We will supply the file.
There is scope for more animation of this object in the future but for now it's just the still image we need. Ultimately I want someone to work with who can animate a simple man in a suit walking and standing and interacting with this beer glass.

3DS Max Character rigging and texturing

The characters have previously been created, so we can provide video/stills references of exactly how we want them to look and move.
We need this done in 3DS Max (we are working in 3DS Max 2012) and would like all the textures supplied along with the models please.
We will need an NDA signed and obviously need to reatin copyright and usage on all elements.
Ideally this would be completed in one week.
