Convert Joomla 1.0.15 to Wordpress

I would like to convert my Joomla 1.0.15 website to WordPress.

Specifications:

1. My existing Joomla website is here - http://tinyurl.com/62mdlzw. The new WordPress site should look and have the same structure and functionalities as the Joomla site. The categories, site structure, design, logo, should be on WordPress as they are on Joomla.

2. The urls shouldn't change. The WordPress site should have the same urls as Joomla site.

3. The WordPress template to be used is weaver. http://wpweaver.info/themes/weaver/ Customization to the theme should be made through the weaver theme admin options so future upgrades of the theme would be possible without damaging the customization.

4. My Joomla includes the following functionalities, that I expect also to have on WordPress:

- Newsletter component (letterman) (including an existing list of subscribers).

- My Joomla includes a user list that should be exported and provided to me on excel.

- Zoom media gallery.

In addition I would like to have on WordPress these plugins:

- Security plugin.

- Cache plugin.

5. I made seo optimization to the pages of my Joomla website, with individual meta info (title, meta description, etc) for each page. I expect the meta info for each page to stay the same on WordPress.

6. On the new WordPress i would like to have facebook comments fields at the bottom of every page / article (facebook comments social plugin http://tinyurl.com/2aqg7c6).

7. At the end of the process I would like to have the WordPress website on the domain of the Joomla site. In addition, the Joomla website should be available and functional on another online location until I am convinced that the migration is perfect.

8. The migration will not be on the same server (I would like to move the website to another hosting company). The hosting of the joomla site is godaddy. The WordPress site should be on Bluehost

9. No change should be made to the WordPress core code. I would like to be able to have an easy ability upgrade WordPress in the future to advanced versions.
