Code a Wordpress Plugin for Content Blocking & Invite System

Hey guys,
I need a Wordpress Plugin coded which is compatible with the latest version of Wordpress.
The plugin needs is to block content (similar to CPA content gateways) and unlock content on users entering their email & posting links on FB & Twitter via the plugin (similar to Launchrock.com)
Further Data-flow details:
1) Content Locked with a POPUP displayed asking for users email ID.
2) User needs to enter his/her email
- Save this email in a text file or CSV file which can be later downloaded with all the collected emails
OR
- Subscribe this email to an aweber list automatically
3) Create a Unique Short Link for that User which is unique to him/her only. This link is to be used by user to post on FB & Twitter.
4) Display option to user to Post the Link & Promotion Text (which admin will enter in plugins settings) on Facebook & Twitter.
5) -Once the user posts on Facebook & Twitter, the content is unlocked
OR
-Once the user gets N number (which the admin defines in plugins settings) of email invites via his/her unique link, the content is unlocked

Simple Wordpress Plugin For Handling Image Code
, b3.jpg. Each row would be a different letter, and the numbers would correspond with how many images are in that row. No row ever has more than 4 images. Instead of doing the HTML for these images manually, I want the plugin to give me the HTML. In an ideal situation I would zip up my images and upload this zip into the plugin, and it would give me the source, but I don't know if this is possible. The default handling of images in Wordpress works great, so it should connect with that.

Turn A Php Script Into A Wordpress Plugin
I'm looking to have a custom PHP script I have turned into a wordpress plugin. It is a graphics script and I would like it to be developed into a wordpress plugin with some options.
Option 1 would be to have the script be accessible to the front user by inserting a short code into a post/page in wordpress.
Option 2 would be to also have a admin section if the user wants to access the plugin in the admin section and not let end users access it.
