Redesign 60 1-page website templates

We have a package of 43 website templates which we need redesigned to greatly improve the quality and appearance of the sites. Each template is simple HTML and only 1 page. These are NOT wordpress. In addition to the design we have a list of typos and other minor errors we have identified which need to be corrected. Further, there are 17 new templates we are adding to the package so these will need to be added once the new design is finalized. We require you to create at least 2 mock-ups of your design suggestions so that we can approve. NOTE: What we specifically require is ONE universal design that is applied to ALL 60 templates. Then, each template will simply be different from the others by altering color schemes and images on the templates. Currently each template design contains 1 main image and 3 small images. We want the new design to include 3 large images and 3 small images. NOTE 2: The overall layout of the current design does NOT need to be changed, simply made to look better. Further, meeting our dealine of May 1 is a requirement. If you cannot meet that deadline please DO NOT BID.

be delivered after the job is done. The assets include all images, all psd files, all corel draw files, all css files, all gifs and all flash files and anything that the template needs.
It would be nice to see 50% of them have flash in it and a basic tutorial on editing the flash should be included in the deliverable.
