2 Million Yellow Pages Database $ 300 ($ 30-$ 250)  

Need a vendor who can supply Yellow pages/Vendor database for Delhi & NCR region.

My budget is $ 125. Is there anyone who could build for me a complete database and also provide listings for a yellow pages web site?

I do mainly graphic design, not things like building databases.

Thats why I suggest an already made open-source CMS like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla... etc
