PSD to wordpress Template (needed ASAP)

The job is to build a wordpress template from a couple of different PSDs. It is a pretty basic design, but it must be flexible and does use a couple widgets. It must be completed in 2 days from start of the job, so do not bid if you cannot do this. Immediately after accepting I will send you the PSDs, the website login/ftp info and you can start going.

The design will include templates for the homepage, pages, and posts (so three different content types) and will allow for the boxes on the right to be adjusted via widget settings. The widgets on the right will be consistent across the site.

I have attached two PNGs of the home page. One shows the look and feel (Graphical), and the other shows the regions (wireframes) of the homepage. As always the design needs be using all modern web standards.

Home page will feature an embedded video and the interior pages will be basic pages and posts with slight styling of fonts (Also to be sent)

Please be aware i may wish to add widgets and plugins after like Nextgen Gallery and SEO plugins, please consider this when creating the left sidebar as there is a potential of having a Nextgen Gallery slideshow widget on the left.
