Update News Module in a CMS (PHP) 2

Hello,
I've a custom CMS based in CodeIgniter 2.0 Reactor and I'm looking for someone to update some of the modules. The modules are already done all I need is someone to include more fields and functions.
I would like to start with the News Module:
- Add to Status (drop down field) the following:
- Published
- Draft
- In Review
- Disaprove
- Deleted
- Visibility
- Public
- Password Protected
- Private
- Group Access (when clicked show the groups available with checkboxes to select which ones will be able to access this article).
- Notes
- Publish to Twitter (API integrated, just need to code the function to publish).
- Publish to Facebook (API integrated, just need to code the function to publish).
- Geolocation (to work with SimpleGeo or Maxmind, already installed libraries)
- Tags.
- Allow Comments.
- Allow PDF.
- Allow Sharing.
- Allow Rating.
- Stick at top page.
- Statistics
- How many views of the article.
- Stars gave to the article (Rating).
- Revisions (already done, just need to placed in another tab).
- Preview mode (already done, just need to placed in another tab).
- Auto-save of the article in a draft status.

Fix a Duplicate Bug in a CMS
e's where the CMS gets confused.
test.com/folder/2012/02/11/title.html

If I just put in a random day (even days that don't exist) in the URL, it still sends you to the same item, but the URL is incorrect. It should return a 404 or something. But for some reason, it shows the same item. This causes duplicate content penalty from google.com

Fix a bug with a module in my CMS

I need the upload module (v1.1) fixed on my pligg site. http://forums.pligg.com/free-modules/13594-upload-module-file-image-attachment.html
It works 80% of the time.
When uploading a picture sometimes it will re-upload the previous picture when submitting stories in a row.
Also, sometimes eventhough an image is uploaded, when the story is created, there is no image attached.
I need these 2 bugs fixed.

Display K2 extra fields in a 3rd Module
We need to display some K2 Extra Fields in a default.php 3rd module.
Easy to do it in K2 environment (item, category, ...) but seems to be very specific in external module.
We found several code but our PHP skills aren't any good to make it work.
