Website Maintenance/Graphic Work on Magento Platform

Have invested in a new website built on a Magento platform for my small jewelry business that was prematurely launched in September last year. Web guy bailed and there are residual issues with the site. Fast forward several months to March and now maintenance is needed such as graphic changes, copy updating and optimizing, home page changeouts (will be ongoing), still have SEO and registering to be done, email issues, shipping issues, all just maintenance issues.
Also would like to complete the graphics of the site. Prefer someone with a flair for vintage, old world graphics/elements when it comes to designing the look and feel/graphics/colors/backgrounds for the site. The site was never really "finished" in this sense. Interim small inexperienced guy touched the site and now there are images, no coding, which I'm sure is not helping traffic to site.
Site needs to be pretty, artsy, yet not too cluttered to match the look and feel of the type of business it is.
Would like someone that can get the site "up to speed" so traffic starts generating to the site. Moreso, the site needs to have a "Wow" factor since my business is based around art shows and being "juried". My website's look is an important part of the jury process so it must look great all the time!

Generate BPAY reference number on Magento
