Unique Website with Internet Radio Station

We are an entertainment company and need a sleek website to entice our audience with the many forms of social networking we use: facebook, twitter, youtube, livestream, etc.
The website built pretty much from the ground up but we already have working forum software (IPB) and a google apps account we use. I would like the whole website to be linked with the forums and facebook and some universal chat system that spans the whole site. We also need a store to sell our silkscreened shirts. and finally, a page for our internet radio station (this is hosted on a separate domain)
The project requires quite a of mysql (mainly in the store and radio station) work and again, it should be very modern with a light and easy to use feel. While being able to still display the massive amount of information that we require. It’s a unique project.
The forums we use is Invision Power Board (IPB). This is not something you would have to setup. It is already integrated with Facebook and twitter. I would just like to use its database as the central login/user account control. I know it has some capabilities to link to other databases
The shopping cart doesn’t really have to be anything special. Our main products will be custom made t-shirts with some other merchandise.
Thirdly, it would just need to pull feeds form Tumblr (or blogger), Twitter, our Facebook Fan Page, and livestream.
Lastly, I had an idea for the main page that would dynamically change based on the latest source of information (display our Livestream if it is live, if not then look for latest RSS feed from Facebook or twitter)
I'm very open to designers opinions on how the site should go (you guys are the experts after all), these are just some starting points.

Logo For Internet Radio Station
e logo should incorporate the name in a modern look. The feel should be of a cool modern radio station that is commercial. The target audience of the station is for the expat segment. Most of the time the logo will be on a black background but not always.
Since the station can be heard around the world, the logo should have a feeling of "global reach".
I would like to see some kind of concept image before I choose the successful bidder.

I prefer this to be done in Joomla as it is the CMS i know the most. If it needs to be done using another PHP framework this is okay too. We could use .NET at a stretch but I prefer PHP.

The application will be able to be programmed by the user to download files at a scheduled time.
A confirmation email (or error email) must be sent to a user nominated email address once the download has completed (or failed).

I would not require any live broadcasting. I would only want to have all of my artists songs randomly played, but be able to to schedule certain blocks of time for other things, i.e. the station would play random music all day, but from 2:00 pm untill 3:00 pm it would play a pre-recorded interview etc.
