A Couple Small Changes in Joomla Website

I have a couple small changes I need to be made to my Joomla website (mancaveitems[dot]com).
1) On my home page directly under the logo I have 4 banners that scroll. 3 of these banners need to be linked to another page on the site. Currently if you click onto them they direct you to a error page.
**I believe the problem is because the area the banners are at is a section designed for blogs/articles. And I want to link them to shopping pages.
2) On home page below the banners mentioned above, you will see the words "popular items" and "grilling comments". I would like to remove "griling comments". And please tell me where in the back office you where able to do this at.
Please bid only if you are confident you can make these fixes.

We want to be able to use higher images untill the yellow top bar. This means the blue background of the attached header image has to disappaer and the waves have to be projected over the random images module.
At the left and right we want to get rid of the blue background and have the already installed Fobbla Random Background Plugin activated.
I guess done in a minute by the real expert!

Joomla Website - Fix Javascript

This problem did not come about as a result of our modifications. This error is even evident on the template club's demonstration of this 'professional' template.
We have narrowed the issue down to 15 lines of code. We would like someone who is very proficient in javascript, and has experience in Joomla website programming to create whatever addendum to the code is necessary.

Visual Redesign and a few small changes (PHP/MYSQL)
