SUMMARY REQUIREMENTS:
Using the DYNAMIX theme (from themeforest.com), that we will purchase, we want you to build out a WordPress website on either Godaddy.com or some other host we choose. The client’s Website will have 6 Webpages. And, while the client currently has a Website, this will not be a conversion job as the Website is a total re-write and re-design. The client is a small motel and wants a reservations API like the one at this property: http://www.thelagunabeachinn.com/
Every Webpage will be mocked-up in Adobe Fireworks by us. All text will be provided by us in a Microsoft Word document organized by Webpage. All images will be either photographed by us or bought (stock photos) by us and provided as 72ppi jpg’s manipulated by us in Adobe Photoshop and then outputted by us for the Web from Adobe Fireworks. Yet, you are responsible to re-size images with excellent download times and very good picture resolution to fit our layouts shown on our Adobe Fireworks mockups.

Producing Wordpress theme from a PSD design
several theme options that can be edited within the dashboard. Theme options are to include the ability to edit text (menu, headers, contact info/hcard, etc.), several page templates with option to choose template for home page, and more. I will supply design work for theme and page template.
When the first template is OK, we will have more against same bid price so consider your bid as a fixed price for every theme production.

uded in the price. This would only work if the bidder has lots of experience with doing SEO and researching the appropriate key words etc. for the site. Make sure you keep just the website design and construction as your main bid and give us this bid separately in either your PM or description.
