New Blogger Store Design for Spectacle Frames

Starting a new online store (either via blogsite or a proper website) and require a designer to cover all aspect including logo design, blog site design friendliness, uploading my products pictures and details onto the site.
1. Spectacles Direct (SD) is a very very new business concept I am starting to push out.
2. What SD does is sell overstocked, overproduced, and QC rejected spectacle/sunglass frames. Think of us as the Factory Outlet Store (FOS) for spectacle frames.
3. If I do a blogger site, what are my options, how can you help me? I do not even have a logo for SD. All I have on hand now are products that I want to sell… will this include:
a. Template background for all the pages of the blogshop
b. Template layout for every post
c. Designing of my logo
d. Watermarking photos
e. Page for payment options (bank transfer and paypal)
f. Links to all other relevant sites
g. Tagging of photos/posts so my products can be categorized into brands at a later stage
h. Helping my site with its online marketing. I’m guessing links and affiliations to blogshop directories, nuffnang, google, yahoo…??
5. My margins are not huge and my overheads must hence be kept at a minimum. Our products vary from each shipment and qty of frames we get are very limited (1-5pairs per model), so we need constant updating of our website to keep abreast.
a. This is one of the reason why I don’t enjoy using Gmarket and Ebay as the service charge for each sale is 10% of my price
b. Also, it’s good to include FREE shipping with each purchase but due to the fragile nature of the frames, we use EMS, and other courier service that can cost $ 6 to courier it within Singapore, hence we lose the added advantage
6. I am SOHO, I am on a shoestring budget and am open to using blogger but I just need to address a few concerns.
7. I don’t mind using blogger blogspot and all the other free methods of doing up the site but my big stigma for such sites are:
a. They are used mostly by young people
b. Having said that, it leaves me as a retailer an impression that the people running the blogshop are unprofessional people trying to try their hand at doing a retail business
c. How do I advertise my blogshop
d. Limitations of a blogshop…in terms of design limitations, payment services, Q&A, FAQ pages etc…
