I have a flash site and I need it to be optimized to appear within the first 10 - 20 results when a person searches for specific keywords. More info will be given once the project has been accepted. I need this done ASAP.

I have 2 websites which Ive done the design for to be done asap. Each will consist roughly of about 5 pages incl home page. Need to be able to let clients fill in a form and join a loyalty/newsletter group.
I need to be able to edit the 'news' section of each site on a weekly basis with specials ect. This needs to be fast with a quick download speed for clients using standard computers and Smart phones.
