Background
We have 25 people that will be learning Marisa Russo’s (marisarusso.com) healing techniques in a live-in 7 day intensive training. As part of the event, they learn how to setup, launch and grow their healing business. We supply video training, photography and design services to create their media kits so they leave the program with essential marketing elements.
The media kits include;
- Website copy
- Portrait photos for print and web,
- Business card (2-sided), print ready pdf,
- Promotional video (2-3 min)
Needs
We require the services of an editor to create 2-3 minute promotional videos for 25 people. The footage will be captured on Sony PDW700. Output is XDCAM HD422 (1920x1080 or equivalent) which a compatible import for working in Adobe Premiere CS5. The footage will have a green screen. The practitioners are mostly amateurs so the content is primarily the subject speaking to a person (off screen) that is interviewing them. The videos will mostly be used online at the subject’s website or public websites like youtube.
Objective
It is over to you to create the most professional short video from the footage that is captured. We want the viewer to feel the subject cares for them and is competent in their skills as a holistic practitioner.
We have a selection of royalty free backgrounds and music. You may want to bring your library along as well for greater choice. Most practitioners do not have a website as yet but there will be some basic titles added to the video. There are also portrait photos supplied by the photographer from the shoot on the previous day.
Requirements
You will...
- work from a Mt Eliza, Vic Australia (Mornington Peninsula) location on our PCs (close to training venue)
- have good experience with Abobe CS5 Premiere and Photoshop
- have worked with and have proficient skills in chroma key editing
- be fully conversant with PC platform, good file management and follow instructions
- edit in full hd and render to 1280x720 (youtube preset) and 480x270 (our preset)
- totally complete 25 videos before close of business Saturday 9/4 at latest
- will report to me. I will liaise with the delegates for final proofing.
- copyright ownership and all source and working files will remain with us
