Setup server for adult video script  

only thumbnailing part.... mencoder runs but no FLV files are generated after conversion... and the MP4 file that is generated for the iphone format does not play on it... most likely due to bad headers.

Might have something to do with version of the mplayer which will need to be reinstalled from svn or other.

Must be able to document the fix so I can replicate it on another server.

n server but facing problems. Video is uploading fine and showing the correct time under duration but once I try to play it more than 60% of video is trimmed. So if I upload the video of 15 minutes it just plays 5 minutes. I have uploaded 20+ videos and the same problem with all.

I have an adult video script (avs 2.1) and when I upload a video to the website the video stays in the upload folder and does not convert to flv. also no thumbs are created so the video does not work, but is still on the server. looking for somebody fix this issue.

fix for Watermark script that adds a watermark to all videos uploaded to my Adult Video Script site.
We already have working script using mencoder and 3 watermark transparent files (based on 3 sizes of video).
On test most of video files watermark great but on some videos we have found screwed watermark.
Bugfix needed.
