Windows / PLESK Administrator Needed
Required skills: Plesk, System Admin, Windows Server
Hello,
We make use of the PLESK for Windows control panel. We are having a few issues with maintenance of the software.
Some tasks include:
- nameserver crashing and requiring a reboot (this needs to be fixed)
- few sites having ASP / application pool issues
- at times, a few sites spam the world and this need s to be cleaned up
- MSSQL database imports etc.
- daily tasks on things that go slightly wrong on a busy hosting server
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND HIGHLY REQUIRED:
The standard PLESK Backup facility for some reason is failing and not backing up things correctly. We have been forced to use entire server image backups - which as you can imagine, takes up a huge amount of space and time.
We need somebody who understands Windows Backups for a hosting environment and in particular PLESK to also get a backup system working on our Windows machines, for PLESK.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PLESK FOR WINDOWS - DO NOT APPLY - THIS IS ADVANCED AND NOT LEVEL 1/2 STUFF.
In a few days, ASAP, we need to get a backup of 1 particular server and migrate it over to another PLESK server and have everything restored.
IF YOU ARE PART OF A IT CONSULTANCY OR SUPPORT COMPANY - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1 EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUAL.
All our problems can be resolved within under a month - and then we may require you from time to time therafter.
We have an existing administrator who is just too busy at this time, and you would need to work hand in hand with him to make sure that things work properly before making any major changes.
These are live systems and we require someone who has experience and feedback - for our own safety.

Who has experience in tuning a Windows 2003 / plesk 9.x server.
