Editing of technical articles in a technical blog
Required skills: Academic Writing, Ghostwriting, Medical Writing, Technical Writing
Edit or rewrite the sentences/ paragraphs to refine the entire articles. There are about 30 entries total in the blog. One typical entry is attached in this post. (PDF file) A few medical / dental vocabularies are used in the articles but they are more like a mechanical engineering article, describing tooth extraction skills. The entire articles have been edited several times already. Now it needs a refinement by a professional who has a great editing skill.
1. Please bid only if you were raised and educated in America/Britain or the other English speaking countries.
2. You need to understand the mechanical / dental drawings as you read the article in order to edit. ( The sample article attached here is the 9th article, so it may be too abrupt. But if you read from the first one, it generally follows mechanical logic. )
3. We can give answers to any questions on the topics during the editing, regarding the details of technical descriptions in order to help you to understand the details.
4. You don't have to pay attention to the number of the drawings that are used in the articles in which a sentence is referring to. ( We have to coordinate those later again, after the writing part is set.)
5. You need to submit a note in which you are giving up all the copyright for the part that you are editing/rewriting. ( You need to provide the form also.)
