PHP script to post to Fileserve, Filesonic and Hotfile

I'm looking for a skilled and experience PHP programmer to create a script which would do the following:
1) Have a web form where I can upload a file to my server.
2) After the file is uploaded, the PHP script should upload the file to FileServe, FileSonic and Hotfile using my account for each one of those.
3) Once the upload is completed, the script should capture the URL provided after the upload and summarize it at the end. For example:

PHP Script to Login to Router and Make Changes (Tomato v.1.23 Firmware)

I am using a PHP script add-on to a communityh script im using. This is a big script which adds a video section to the site so people an upload and see videos. The script has 2 encrypted files, and somehow checks to see if you have a valid license, but the problem is i bought the mod from someone else, who doesnt want it, and it seems the conmpany that issued the mod no longer exists, so i need someone to look at the 300+ files and make it work for my site.

However, the plugin keeps posting over and over again as if it had never posted. It ends up spamming on Twitter until the tokens to post run out.
I need this fixed so that the plugin does not post again until it's supposed to post again and when it posts, it will only post the number of times listed in the plugin.
