I am looking for someone to create a 3D model of a new home, based on an architectural plan. The model should be created using Google SketchUp. My main aim is to use the model to visualise the building's structure (external and internal). I am less interested in detailed rendering, and more interested in a model that accurately captures all the dimensions. Quick turnaround required.

While I'm sure we'd both love to hit an animation home run off the first pitch, I'd plan for a little iteration time. Brutal, impacting animation is key to this project and it may take us a little time (but hopefully not too much time) to find the violent voice of the characters.
